Endpoints:
  GET  /n/<key>          the note: an editor page in a browser, plain text otherwise
  GET  /n/<key>?raw=1    always plain text
  PUT  /n/<key>          replace the text (full link only); optional If-Match: "v<version>"
  POST /n/<key>?author=  append a message (full link only)
  POST /mcp              MCP: read, edit and append by link (no key needed)
  POST /k/<key>/mcp      MCP with a creator key: can also create notes (claude.ai connector)
  POST /new?title=       create a note; Authorization: Bearer <creator key>, body = text
  GET  /health
